Shipping policy
We aim to send all items in stock within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Should there be any delay we will inform you promptly by email. The delivery is currently carried out by Deutsche Post AG / DHL and its service partners, but we reserve the right to use other shipping service providers.
Orders for Kendamas are fulfilled by our partner, Kendama-Europe GmbH in Munich. Since the parcels cannot be consolidated, shipping will be charged for separately.
Orders from India are fulfilled from our distribution center in Bangalore, Karnataka. Shipping is carried out by local logistics service providers (mostly Delhivery and Indian Post) and is free of charge for the recipient. To order books in India, please send us an email to: info (at) motomogli.com
